Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At NEWESSENTIALSCLOTHES, we aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Please review our policies below regarding cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

  • A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 may be deducted to cover administrative costs.

2. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from delivery, whichever is later.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged.

  • Contact service@newessentialsclothes.us to initiate a return before sending the item back.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued for damaged, incorrect, or undelivered items.

  • Proof of issue (photos, video, order number) must be provided.

  • Buyer’s remorse refunds are allowed, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and confirmation of the returned item.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Replacement items are provided at no cost if the order was lost or mishandled by the carrier.

  • Customer errors in shipping information require the customer to cover replacement shipping costs.

5. Exceptions & Limitations

  • Orders delayed due to incorrect customer information or missed delivery attempts are non-refundable.

  • Items in transit cannot be canceled.

  • Pre-orders and custom products are not refundable unless defective.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation are not eligible for compensation.

  • Returns affected by customs, natural disasters, or force majeure events are not eligible.
